- Lead the strategic planning and development of wire transfer products and services, in alignment with the bank's overall business objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, technology, operations, and compliance teams, to define product requirements and specifications
- Develop and execute product strategies to drive growth, profitability, and customer retention in the wire transfer business
- Define pricing strategies, fee structures, and revenue models for wire transfer products and services
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track the performance of wire transfer products and initiatives
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and emerging trends in wire transfers and payments
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
- Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywide
- Represent the bank in industry forums, conferences, and client meetings to promote our wire transfer products and services
- Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide
- Serve as an adept advisor to leadership
- 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, or related field
- Product management experience within banking, financial services and/or the Fintech space
- Strong understanding of payments products, preferably with wire and cross border payments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful products and services
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
