What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and process incoming and outgoing wire transfers
- Maintain wire agreements and ensure proper transaction approvals
- Responsible for wire reporting and reconciliation
- Monitor for suspicious activity and report unusual activity to the Fraud Department
- Provide backup support to Deposit Operations and Treasury Support as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of banking deposit operations experience
- Thorough knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations related to Deposit Operations
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Title Company and Fintech experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong computer and technology-related skills
