- Complete various processing tasks to ensure that wire transfer functions are completed in a timely, accurate manner while maintaining adherence to policies and procedures.
- Process incoming wire transfers.
- Process outgoing domestic and international wire transfers submitted via various channels. (i.e. bank branch(es) and business online banking)
- Process drawdown requests.
- Assist customers with general questions and on-going user and product maintenance regarding all facets of wire origination.
- Track and report related product activity.
- Make suggestions to management and assist with the implementation of enhancements to services.
- Follow organizational values to create a caring culture of achievement.
- Protect customer information by following department security guidelines and procedures.
- Monitor the daily cash position of the bank and all correspondents, maintaining daily reserve position by purchasing or selling funds as necessary.
- Balance necessary applications.
- Support Supervisor and Lead – Wire Services in other duties and projects as assigned.

- High school degree or GED required.
- College degree in business related field preferred.
- One (1) year financial institution experience required.
- One (1) year of wire transfer operation and / or digital banking, and call center experience preferred.
- Solid skill set in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Fiserv Premier software beneficial
- Experience with Fiserv Payments Exchange software beneficial
- Experience with Q2ebanking is beneficial
POSITION SUMMARY
The Wire Services Specialist is responsible for providing outstanding service to all that contact Sunrise Banks, internal and external customers, or non-customers. This position will strive to provide accurate wire transfer information to all inquiries while demonstrating limited independent decision-making skills and superior knowledge of wire transfer services.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Annualized salary range: $45,000 - 75,000 annually, dependent on qualifications.
