      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement policies related to the Wisconsin Shares Child Care Subsidy program
      - Provide guidance and technical assistance to local agency staff through various communication channels
      - Monitor and evaluate the administration of child care subsidy initiatives
      - Conduct policy analysis and prepare formal recommendations for organizational leadership
      - Present complex policy information to diverse internal and external stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
      - Experience conducting policy analysis, including interpreting laws and making recommendations
      - Experience writing formal policy analyses for organizational leadership review
      - Experience discussing complex policy information with various stakeholders
      - Must be legally entitled to work in the United States

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience implementing project/change management principles
      - Experience with Human Services programs providing public assistance
      - Familiarity with automated systems used in public assistance programs
