      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and lead a women’s discipleship team of volunteers
      - Facilitate local campus discipleship opportunities, including Bible studies and gatherings
      - Organize and host at least one Bible study option each Fall and Spring semester
      - Collaborate with the campus pastor and women’s discipleship leadership team to plan and strategize
      - Participate in church-wide events and support the mission of the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Commitment to servant leadership and dependence on God
      - Passion and gifting for spiritually leading others in disciple-making
      - Strong organizational and administrative skills
      - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
      - Must be a member of the employer or willing to become a member

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in leading or participating in discipleship programs or community events
      - Strong communication skills and ability to cast vision effectively
      - Previous involvement in church leadership or volunteer roles
