      Lead Women’s Health physiotherapy with autonomy, support patients across wards, mentor staff, manage caseloads, and drive education and innovation.



      Employment Type: Permanent Part Time
      Position Classification: Physiotherapist Level 3
      Remuneration: $56.68 - $58.52 per hour
      Hours Per Week: 8
      Location: Westmead Hospital

      What you'll be doing
      Join our dynamic physiotherapy team and make a real impact in Women’s Health and Newborn Care. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead, educate, and provide exceptional care in a specialised, supportive environment. Key responsibilities:

      • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy to women and newborns
      • Act as a key resource in Women’s Health across the hospital and community
      • Supervise and mentor junior staff, promoting clinical excellence
      • Contribute to education, quality improvement, and research initiatives
      • Manage complex caseloads autonomously with minimal supervision

      • Qualification: AHPRA Recognised Physiotherapy Qualification
      • Registration: AHPRA Registered

      Selection Criteria:

      1. Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy & Current NSW Physiotherapy Registration
      2. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
      3. Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
      4. Extensive & Recent Women’s Health Physiotherapy experience
      5. Experience in clinical supervision of undergraduate physiotherapy students
      6. Excellent Organisational skills
      7. Excellent understanding of Quality Assurance
      8. Demonstrated commitment to professional development
