What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with up to 50 patients and healthcare providers daily through phone calls, emails, and live chat
- Handle inquiries related to products, insurance billing, and laboratory test results
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries while adhering to HIPAA guidelines
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient order and billing processes
- Identify trends and issues, working with the team to develop best practices for customer service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare/biotechnology
- Experience with customer service applications such as Service Cloud and Salesforce
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Expert knowledge of Google Apps and Mac OS X
- Excellent organizational and task management skills

- BA/BS degree preferred but not required
