What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take inbound calls from customers with fraud concerns and educate them about fraud and scams
- Problem solve and resolve customer issues related to fraud and scams
- Provide excellent customer service and show empathy towards customers
- Multitask and work in several systems simultaneously
- Communicate effectively with peers, other departments, management, and customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of customer service experience or call center experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong customer focus and empathy
- Excellent communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of customer service experience or call center experience
- At least 1 year of bank fraud experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite
