      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues effectively

      - Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
      - Aptitude for conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
      - Strong team orientation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
