      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound customer inquiries and troubleshoot basic technical issues
      - Resolve customer issues by listening, understanding needs, and applying problem-solving skills
      - Utilize systems and technology for effective account management tasks
      - Identify sales opportunities and apply sales skills to enhance customer experience
      - Collaborate with management to escalate customer dissatisfaction when necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
      - Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
