What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs via inbound calls
- Handle a variety of call types and customer inquiries during paid training
- Build rapport and establish meaningful connections with customers
- Represent one of the nation's largest brands and deliver stellar customer service
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of six months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center or remote customer service role
- Familiarity with the referral program and ability to refer friends and colleagues
- Ability to earn additional income through the Buddy Bucks Referral Program
- Knowledge of Afni's products, services, and company culture
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
