**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
- Utilize knowledge to accurately answer customer questions and sell products/services.
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues effectively.
- Document and process customer orders in appropriate systems.
- Comply with policies and procedures surrounding confidential and personal information.
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of the Windows operating system.
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or related fields in a contact center environment.
- State or Federal work experience.
