      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make outbound calls to prospective customers and upsell existing products and services
      - Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous and professional manner
      - Utilize training and knowledge base to answer customer inquiries and resolve issues
      - Document and process customer orders accurately in the appropriate systems
      - Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on program knowledge and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
      - Ability to type at least 20 words per minute accurately
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One year of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales in a contact center environment
      - Experience in state or federal work environments
