What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and understanding customer needs
- Advocate for customers, resolving issues in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Investigate customer concerns and implement process improvements based on trending issues
- Support and guide other customer service associates in resolving customer complaints
- Maintain a strong focus on empathy and effective communication throughout interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Reliable internet connection meeting specified performance criteria
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 4 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- At least 1 year of experience in the Financial Industry
- At least 1 year of Collections experience
