What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source, vet, and submit quality candidates for various positions through extensive phone calls
- Utilize online platforms and digital tools to perform daily recruiting tasks efficiently
- Maintain organized and structured daily activities to meet high-volume demands
- Collaborate with the management team to overcome obstacles and enhance recruiting effectiveness
- Make recommendations and provide feedback based on candidate interactions and position understanding
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of recruiting, outbound call, or related experience (preferred, but willing to train)
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high levels of momentum
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on kindness and follow-through
