- Provide exceptional customer service and support for card account inquiries
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and exercise good judgment in decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Dependability with a solid attendance record
- Ability to maintain a secure home office environment free from distractions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- At least 6 months of experience in the Financial Industry
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
