What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Dependable attendance record with the ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to maintain a secure home office environment free from distractions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
- At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry
- Familiarity with de-escalation techniques and call control methods
- Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
- Experience with internet service provider specifications and requirements
