What is Required (Qualifications):

- At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Strong customer focus and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Dependable attendance record and ability to work flexible hours as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the financial industry
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and CRM systems
