What is Required (Qualifications):

- At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Dependable attendance record and proactive time management skills
- Ability to maintain a private and reliable internet connection
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
- At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry
- Familiarity with secure home office technology requirements
