      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
      - Dependable attendance record and strong attention to detail
      - Ability to maintain a secure and reliable internet connection for remote work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
      - At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Experience with call control and de-escalation techniques
      - Proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to change
