What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct virtual consultations with clients to assess their financial needs
- Provide clients with information on appropriate supplemental coverage solutions
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through regular check-ins
- Complete administrative tasks such as note-taking and appointment scheduling
- Participate in conventions and incentive trips as part of the incentive program
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a strong work ethic and be dependable
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic work environment
- Motivated and competitive nature, with a passion for helping others
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
- Willingness to undergo mentorship and complete training provided by the employer
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or insurance is a plus
- Background in customer service or client relations
- Familiarity with virtual communication tools and technology
- Previous involvement in community organizations or unions
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
