What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct virtual consultations with clients to assess their needs
- Provide knowledge on supplemental insurance solutions to clients
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients through periodic check-ins
- Complete related administrative tasks such as note-taking and appointment setting
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be passionate, competitive, motivated, dependable, hardworking, adaptable, flexible, and trainable
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection for virtual consultations

- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Familiarity with virtual communication tools and platforms
- Background in sales or client relationship management
- Previous experience working remotely or in a home-based setting
