What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain positive customer relations by addressing product-related concerns, including taking orders and tracking packages
- Navigate multiple systems to enter information accurately while assisting customers via phone
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure satisfaction
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Utilize computer systems effectively to manage customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must reside in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin
- High level of computer knowledge and proficiency in navigating systems
- Availability for mandatory training sessions, with specific shift requirements
- Ability to meet minimum technical requirements for computer and internet connectivity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with using multiple computer programs simultaneously
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends
- Recommended use of a wired USB headset and webcam for optimal communication
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
