What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience
- Must be available to work on Saturdays
- Great work attitude and a willingness to assist others
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must reside in Texas, Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Ability to multi-task effectively and utilize dual monitors
