      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead moderate to large complex projects and provide direction to team members in a matrixed environment
      - Partner cross-functionally with various stakeholders to drive strategic planning and delivery
      - Operate in areas of ambiguity and explore relevant information independently
      - Communicate across all levels to drive results and elevate key decision points to leadership
      - Design, develop, and manage project plans to ensure timely delivery and risk mitigation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
      - At least 2 years of Project or Process Management experience
      - At least 1 year of experience with Confluence
      - At least 1 year of experience with Jira
      - At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
      - At least 3 years of Project or Process Management experience
      - At least 2 years of experience with Confluence
      - At least 2 years of experience with Jira
