      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support critical monitoring of key processes to minimize systemic risk and improve governance
      - Collaborate with monitoring and reporting teams to address data needs and bridge gaps
      - Keep leadership informed about impacts on Back Office Transformation and Manual Process Governance
      - Identify opportunities for improvement using data-driven methodologies
      - Create data-rich presentations to facilitate decision-making and investment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Process Management
      - At least 2 years of experience working in Risk or Compliance
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience with data monitoring or reporting teams
      - At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree
      - Certification in Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management
      - At least 3 years of experience in Process Management
      - At least 3 years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management
      - Experience in Change Management
