What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle 80-100 incoming calls daily to book reservations for the employer's brands worldwide
- Apply sales techniques to convert calls into reservations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Receive and implement feedback from managers to enhance call quality
- Strive to meet and exceed personal and departmental metrics
- Adhere to a scheduled full-time work routine

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must currently reside in specific states (AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY)
- Minimum of one year of sales experience
- At least two years of consecutive work experience with one employer
- Permanent residence with a defined working space free of distractions
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
