      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct virtual consultations with clients to assess their financial needs
      - Provide knowledge on supplemental insurance solutions to clients

      - Participate in conventions and incentive trips based on performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
      - High level of comfort with technology and virtual communication tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales or insurance preferred
      - Background in various fields such as administration, labor, or military service
      - Familiarity with financial services or supplemental insurance is a plus
      - Demonstrated ability to build relationships and trust with clients
      - Previous participation in mentorship or training programs
