What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and understanding customer needs
- Advocate for customers by resolving issues in compliance with regulations and company policies
- Investigate customer concerns and implement process improvements based on feedback
- Support and mentor fellow customer service associates in resolving customer issues
- Maintain a solid attendance record while demonstrating effective time management and organizational skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite
- Dependability and a solid attendance record
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to embrace change
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 4 years of customer service or call center experience
- At least 1 year of experience working in the financial industry
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to de-escalate customer issues
