What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customer needs and problem-solving effectively
- Advocate for customers and own issue resolution in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Investigate customer concerns and implement process improvements based on trending issues
- Support fellow customer service advocates with guidance and in-the-moment feedback
- Demonstrate effective communication and de-escalation techniques in complex situations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to embrace change
- Proven ability to problem-solve and exercise good judgment in decision-making
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 4 years of customer service or call center experience
- At least 1 year of experience working in the financial industry
