      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and addressing customer needs, problem-solving, and delivering a positive customer experience
      - Advocate for customers by resolving issues in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements
      - Investigate customer concerns and report trending issues while helping to create process improvements
      - Support fellow customer service associates by guiding them in resolving customer issues and providing feedback
      - Exercise good judgment and independent decision-making skills in handling escalated situations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
      - At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
      - At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
      - Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and flexibility to embrace change
      - Exceptional listening, communication, and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least 4 years of customer service or call center experience
      - At least 1 year of experience working in the financial industry
