What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure and maintain Payroll and Time modules to meet business requirements
- Stay up-to-date with compliance requirements and make necessary system adjustments
- Generate reports and analytics for insights and audit purposes
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, errors, and employee inquiries
- Participate in system testing and upgrades to ensure functionality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in configuring and managing Payroll and Time modules within Workday
- Completion of HCM Fundamentals, Business Process Fundamentals, and Payroll Fundamentals with Workday
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Workday or related tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Administration of Workday Payroll and Time modules within a global organization
- Familiarity with other modules within Workday HCM
