      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and oversee the Workday system, ensuring optimal performance and functionality across the organization
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday-related issues, inquiries, and troubleshooting
      - Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify system enhancements and align Workday with business processes
      - Develop and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards to support decision-making and HR analytics
      - Lead strategic projects to implement innovative solutions and improve HR data management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 8 years of progressively responsible work experience in HR systems, with a strong background in Workday
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
      - Experience in Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Performance Management, Recruiting, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and Learning modules
      - Strong experience in data analytics, reporting, and performance metrics development
      - Proven experience in leading and supporting Workday system implementations and enhancements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Workday certification(s) preferred
      - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to Workday and other HR systems
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements
      - Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
      - Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision
