      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain HR technology solutions within Workday
      - Collaborate with engineering, product teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements
      - Design, configure, test, and deploy solutions in Workday
      - Monitor ServiceNow ticket system and resolve issues promptly
      - Research new Workday functionalities to enhance customer value and problem-solving

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have Workday experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in configuring multiple Workday modules
      - Familiarity with Workday integrations and a basic understanding of integration processes
      - Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience
      - Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively in meetings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Workday Payroll
      - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum framework and JIRA
