      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Configure Workday to meet clear business requirements and recommend process improvements
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions
      - Develop and maintain user documentation, including process maps and user guides
      - Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and drive problem resolution
      - Build and deliver actionable reports and dashboards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - 8+ years of Workday Core HCM experience, including Compensation, Security, Business Processes, Reporting, and Dashboards
      - Advanced Compensation experience is required
      - Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, user-ready documentation quickly
      - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Benefits or Absence modules in Workday
      - Familiarity with developing process maps and test plans
      - Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
