What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of Workday projects
- Collaborate with functional teams and vendors to configure and test solutions, ensuring no disruption to production environments
- Lead projects as a Cognizant or Workday product Partner Lead and/or Delivery Assurance reviewer
- Mentor fellow consultants and analysts, providing support and knowledge sharing
- Drive business development activities, including proposal development and client engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing enterprise management solutions (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP)
- At least 5 years of experience in gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions
- Subject Matter Expertise in Workday Financials
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively
