      Workday HCM Systems Analyst (on-site)

      Job Description:

      This is an on-site job in Oklahoma City. Successful candidate will have significant experience to independently configure and support the Workday Advance Compensation module.

      The HCM Analyst will also provide functional support of OU Health HCM systems through design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, security, reporting, and training of various modules. Duties include ensuring data integrity and designing basic reports to create and drive operational efficiencies. Incumbent will achieve success as a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders by maintaining and enhancing HCM systems, driving process efficiencies, troubleshooting issues, preserving data integrity, complying with security expectations. Uses project management knowledge and skills to help the team deliver the expected outcomes on time.

      Essential Responsibilities

      • Provides functional support for HCM Systems

      • Provides primary configuration and support for key modules (in this case Workday Advance Compensation)

      • Handles resolution of routine support ticket requests

      • Performs business requirements gathering for simple changes

      • Identifying system enhancements leading to increased operational effectiveness

      • Report scheduling and development of reports

      • Development and document management of processes, procedures, and guides

      • Develops and executes data integrity audits and resolves deficiencies and variances

      • Conducts proactive research and identifies opportunities to better use technology

      • Performs special projects and duties as necessary

      General Responsibilities

      Minimum Qualifications

      Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Required

      Experience Requirements: 0-3 years of relevant experience required.

      License/Certification/Registration Requirements: Workday Pro certification is preferred.

      Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

      • Understanding of processes, process flow and data.

      • Understanding and experience with Workday HCM.

      • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, v-look ups and other complex formulas and functions)

      • Basic report writing in an HCM system required.

      • Analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem solving and implementation with attention to detail.

      • Ability to apply logic and reason to investigate system issues to root cause

      • Organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills within all levels of the organization

      • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.

      • Ability to handle daily planned and unplanned operational activities both independently and in a team environment.

      • Ability to learn and effectively use new technologies.

      • Ability to solve moderate to difficult problems
