What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and Beeline to support contingent workforce management
- Collaborate with Beeline consultants, HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to gather requirements and optimize workflows
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to ensure data accuracy and minimal business disruption
- Develop test cases, maintain technical documentation, and provide reports on integration performance
- Stay current with updates in Workday and Beeline, recommending enhancements and ensuring compliance with data security standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3-7 years of experience integrating Workday with other systems, particularly Beeline
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Beeline APIs
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience managing multiple integration projects
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cloud-based integration platforms, such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft
- Knowledge of broader HRIS/ERP integrations
- Familiarity with data security and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2)
