What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead integration workstream for assigned accounts and provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices
- Collaborate with offshore teams on day-to-day activities, incidents, and root cause analysis
- Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and propose solutions to complex problems
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to asset and tools development for the practice
- Drive service improvements and value additions while executing day-to-day activities of Workday Integration projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Applications portfolio and at least 5 years in client-facing roles handling managed services
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Integrations with expert-level understanding
- Certification in Workday Integrations & Workday Studio is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Workday certification is preferred
- Experience in a global delivery model
- Ability to multitask and perform a variety of duties effectively
- Proven track record of driving service improvements and value additions
- Experience mentoring and sharing product knowledge with team members
