What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of Workday projects
- Identify strategies, risks, and options while recommending approaches to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with functional teams and vendors to configure and test systems without impacting production
- Mentor fellow consultants and analysts, providing support for shadow assignments
- Execute day-to-day activities of Workday projects including process design and project reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience implementing enterprise management solutions (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP)
- Experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions
- Subject Matter Expertise in the respective functional area
- Strong communication and presentation skills to manage client expectations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; current Workday core certification or ability to acquire it within 28 days of offer
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Passion for exceptional client service
