What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in discovery and design sessions to ensure requirements are understood
- Document all technical requirements and review them with business and tech teams for completeness and accuracy
- Collaborate with integration specialists to ensure all technical requirements are documented
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Conduct end-to-end and regression testing to ensure system configurations meet business requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 5 years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst specializing in HRIS
- Knowledge of the Workday Recruiting module
- Proven ability to manage relationships with both internal and external collaborators
- Excellent interpersonal skills with effective communication across different organizational levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

- Experience with interview scheduling and interview management tools
- Strong understanding of the recruiting function
- Ability to drive efficiency while managing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines
- Customer service orientation and ability to manage user expectations
