      Position Overview:

      This role combines technical innovation and analytical insight within Workday Platforms. It encompasses architecting solutions, defining technical requirements, and translating business needs into reports and analyses. Proficiency in identifying data trends and providing solutions for complex analytics, along with effective communication within cross-functional teams, is essential. A background in Workday reporting tools and familiarity with HR, payroll, and finance processes are critical. The role centers on collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and delivering actionable insights, ultimately shaping transformative solutions for business success.

      Key Result Areas (KRAs):

      Responsible for conducting HCM Reporting and Analysis:

      • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from the Human Capital Management System (HCMS) to provide insights into HR, payroll, and finance data, facilitating informed decision-making

      • Analyze data from the HCMS, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic planning and enhance HR processes

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements, share insights, and address issues, fostering effective communication and data-driven decision-making

      Perform Workday Data Analysis and Reporting:

      • Apply technical innovation and analytical insight within Workday Platforms (including Prism), architecting solutions and defining technical requirements

      • Evaluate and develop possible use cases for the Workday Prism

      • Develop and manage the data dictionary; alignment, and standardization of definitions for master data; key performance indicators (KPIs), target goals, and how KPIs will be calculated, tracked, and visualized

      • Translate business needs into actionable reports and analyses, proficiently identifying trends within data sets and providing solutions for complex analytics.

      • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and the delivery of actionable insights

      Provide strategic support; evaluate and improve processes:

      • Create standard and ad hoc queries or reports to produce data summaries and statistical analyses that inform strategic planning and decision-making

      • Leverage Workday reporting tools and your background in HR, payroll, and finance processes to identify opportunities for process improvements

      • Actively participate in shaping transformative solutions that contribute to the organization's business success, emphasizing continuous improvement and data integrity maintenance

      Job Qualifications:

      • Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or Human Resources, or 2 years of comparable experience, required

      • 3 additional years of HRIS analysis/architecture, or similar experience, required

      Location Requirement:

      This position is eligible for remote work within any state Dutch Bros currently resides in (AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, ID, KS, KY, MO, NM, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, WA, WY)

      Physical Requirements:

      • Remote Work Environment Adaptability: Must be able to effectively perform job duties in a remote work environment. This includes having access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and maintaining a professional workspace that supports job functions.

      • Effective Communication: Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders via email, video conferencing, and other remote communication tools.

      • Vision Requirements: Vision must be adequate or correctable to perform essential job duties, such as reading documents on a computer screen and using other visual tools. Use of corrective lenses or other measures to meet visual requirements is expected if needed.

      • Hearing Requirements: Hearing must be sufficient or correctable to ensure clear understanding of spoken information, including participating in virtual meetings and phone calls. Use of hearing aids or other assistive devices is acceptable if needed.

      • Reading and Writing Proficiency: Ability to read and write in English is essential for processing documents, drafting reports, and following up on necessary actions. Proficiency in written communication is required to handle job-related tasks effectively.

      • Technology Proficiency: Must be proficient in operating a computer and other office productivity tools such as printers, scanners, and collaboration software. Familiarity with remote work platforms and software is crucial.

      • Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required for business meetings or other work-related activities. Must be able to travel as needed, including driving or flying, and manage travel logistics effectively.

      • Remote Work Setup: Employees should have a dedicated, ergonomic workspace with high-speed internet, a reliable computer, and necessary tools like a headset and webcam. They must adhere to company policies on data security and professionalism while having access to IT support for technical issues.

      Compensation:

      $86,602.1 4 - DOE
