      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead cross-functional projects by gathering requirements, designing, configuring, testing, deploying, and maintaining Workday functionality
      - Collaborate with users to determine and prioritize project requirements in response to changing needs
      - Prepare test plans, execute test scripts, and support user acceptance testing and training
      - Troubleshoot HRIS issues and errors, providing long-term solutions while ensuring data integrity
      - Stay informed on industry trends to enhance system performance and innovation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience with data administration on the Workday HRIS system, particularly in Compensation and Payroll Modules
      - Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in HR/IT may be substituted for degree
      - Experience with multiple Workday modules including HCM, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Security, and Onboarding
      - Strong analytic, problem-solving, and communication skills
      - Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office

      - Demonstrated history of delivering significant customer outcomes and influencing decisions
      - Knowledge of project management and HRIS systems development methodologies
      - Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to model business processes
      - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Experience in training and consulting with functional users on best practices
