      Workday System Analyst

      The Workday System Analyst role will join an exciting team at Blackbaud focused on maintaining and maximizing the company's HCM usage. This position will play a key role in bringing a global and sustainable approach to how we handle and interpret our employee data. You can help in establishing critical groundwork for long-term change and best practice approaches as we move our organization forward.

      Process Improvements, Projects & Metrics
      • Maintain the long-term integrity of the Workday Environment while being flexible and nimble to the business and new business requirements
      • Enable a culture of digital first through system automation by creating and implementing automated business process flows
      • Collaborating with internal customers to define deployment expectations and ensure consistency with strategic direction and map opportunities to improve workflows
      • Execute configuration changes to functionality, incorporation of new functionality, and/or business process configuration changes
      • Knowledge of Workday HCM security and how it impacts business process configuration
      • Maintain data accuracy and integrity by creating and implementing data maintenance processes and audits
      • Develop and maintain work instructions and job aides while creating a streamlined, efficient and self-service approach to the organization's reporting requirements
      • Excellent analytical capabilities, conceptual thinker with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear messages, impactful visuals and actionable plans


      Service Delivery
      • Knowledge of HR Data Privacy and complying with data privacy rules and regulations
      • Responsible for information, support and explanation on the Workday system and administrative activities in support of the business
      • Cross-train and network with others to expand/adopt system best-practices
      • Serve as Workday support through ServiceNow tickets, process mapping/documentation and training, for system enhancements and processing procedures


      Required Experience and Traits:
      • Technical expertise in data management and system-related security
      • Experience in HCM systems, Finance, IT, or CRM systems in a technical support role
      • Demonstrates knowledge about the technology and participates in training and development initiatives to keep abreast of current trends and practices
      • Ability to apply critical thinking skills and a high attention to details to identify appropriate resolutions
      • Self-starter that possess a strong desire to seek optimal solutions and share discovery with colleagues
      • Exchanges information with appropriate people to complete work, follows through on tasks and commitments and keeps information confidential, as warranted


      Preferred Experience and Traits:
      • Ability to learn and maintain other HCM systems as needed
      • Functional understanding of core HR business terminology, processes and practices
      • Solid dedication to providing a high-level of customer service
      • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively organize and communicate
      • Root cause analysis and complex problem solving skills

      The starting base pay is $87,700.00 to $114,200.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
