      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a primary administrator for the Workday Recruiting platform, managing system configurations and updates
      - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity
      - Generate reports and analytics related to recruiting metrics and collaborate with HR analytics teams
      - Provide user support and training to HR teams and hiring managers on Workday Recruiting functionalities
      - Manage relationships with external vendors integrated with Workday Recruiting to ensure compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in direct Human Resources application support, with a preference for Workday Recruiting Administrator experience
      - Proven experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting recruiting systems and HR applications
      - Demonstrated ability to generate reports and analyze data within Workday or similar HRIS tools
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Workday Certified, particularly in the Recruiting module
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Experience with additional Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Compensation, Learning)
      - Knowledge of other recruitment technologies or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
      - Strong project management and organizational skills
