      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive, gather, and accurately transmit workers' compensation information from various stakeholders
      - Investigate, evaluate, and resolve lost time Workers' Compensation claims
      - Mediate between the insured and the insurance company, researching coverage issues as needed
      - Enter and maintain accurate information in the computer system throughout the claims process
      - Generate checks for indemnity and medical payments on a daily basis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required; college degree preferred
      - 3-5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation claims handling
      - Active state-specific Workers Compensation License required or ability to acquire it within three months
      - Proficient knowledge of Workers' Compensation insurance coverage and claims processing procedures
      - Strong grasp of claims principles, practices, and insurance coverage interpretation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Technical designations such as AIC and CPCU
      - Ability to adjudicate lost time claims across multiple jurisdictions
      - Demonstrated capacity to quickly learn and adapt to various software programs
      - Experience in fostering relationships and collaborating to deliver impactful solutions
