      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate, review, evaluate, and administer workers' compensation claims
      - Review medical reports and approve medical bills for payment
      - Set reserves and file necessary documentation for claims processing
      - Interview and communicate with claimants, witnesses, attorneys, and physicians
      - Represent the employer at various workers' compensation claims hearings and actions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma with 5 years of experience in Claims and Litigation, or a Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience in Claims and Litigation
      - Knowledge of claims handling and legal statutes and procedures
      - Customer service experience
      - Experience in workers' compensation claims in California, Texas, and Pennsylvania
      - Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with non-subscriber claims
      - Excellent organizational and communication skills
      - Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
      - Familiarity with conflict resolution strategies
