      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with attorneys and claims professionals on assigned projects
      - Draft legal documents such as pleadings, discovery responses, and legal correspondence
      - Conduct research and analysis of legal statutes, regulations, and judicial decisions
      - Assist attorneys with document production related to subpoenas and litigation
      - Maintain reporting and spreadsheets on litigated matters and approved attorneys

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Paralegal certificate required
      - Workers' Compensation experience required
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in the insurance industry
      - Strong understanding of legal language, research methods, and court processes
      - Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
      - Experience with customer service and interpersonal communication
