      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage workers' compensation claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely processing
      - Provide support and guidance to injured employees for necessary medical treatment
      - Collaborate with medical providers and HR to ensure compliance with workers' compensation regulations
      - Maintain accurate records and conduct regular audits for continuous improvement
      - Serve as the primary contact for adjusters and case managers regarding claims

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Human Resources, or related field, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in multi-jurisdictional workers' compensation
      - In-depth knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building
      - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Multi-state experience with federal, state, and local laws related to workers’ compensation and safety regulations
      - Professional certification in Workers' Compensation Claims Administration or similar
      - Understanding of customer service techniques to enhance employee experiences
      - Experience in conducting claims reviews and preparing documentation for filing
