      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate requests for accommodations under the ADA and manage a caseload of accommodation requests
      - Engage with employees, medical professionals, supervisors, and HR Business Partners to facilitate effective workplace accommodations
      - Document accommodation requests and facilitate the interactive process between employees and employers
      - Stay current on State and Federal laws and provide ADA-specific education to employers and employees
      - Maintain confidentiality and protect personal health information in compliance with HIPAA regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA in Vocational Rehabilitation or a similar field
      - Experience in RTW Services, Labor Relations, Absence Management, or Disability Claim Management
      - Familiarity with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) and FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act)
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Project Management related to workplace accommodations
      - Strong facilitation skills
      - Proven ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks effectively
      - Previous knowledge of community resources for disability accommodations
